Procedure: Breast augmentation revision, breast lift and breast fat transfer
Description: This patient had problematic implants removed elsewhere and had a less than adequate cosmetic result after removal. We did subglandular breast augmentation, inframammary fold release to fix the double bubble deformity, fat transfer of the inframammary fold and a circumareolar breast lift. She is thrilled with the result of this complicated procedure. She lives out of town and the postoperative photos at 5 weeks were sent in by the patient.
